PROOF! The High Flyers DEVELOP TALENT.

Young volleyball athletes these days get lots of training and coaching. Starting with YMCA ball, usually
coached by a parent, on through YMCA-Spirit, summer camps, USAV Club, Middle School, (more club),
and High School, kids get lots of advice and training. It's actually a great system.

Some clubs have been successful at the national level with older age divisions. Much of their success is
due to 'blue-chip' talent that is assembled for that season. Often that 'blue-chip' talent was developed
over the years at different schools and many times different clubs.

It is very rare when a team sticks together through the years and goes on to success at a national level.
Well, our proof is in the Boys!

The 2009 High Flyers 141-M Boys Team completed a very successful 2009 season that included a Top-
5 Finish in the Open Division a the Gateway JO Qualifier and a Runner-up Finish at the AAU National
Championships. These boys ONLY exposure to volleyball has been with the High Flyers program.

Talent & Desire + Preparation have led to great success! Our formula works!

So, what does that mean?

If you are wondering, what can a volleyball club like the High Flyers do for a young athlete, then you
should consider this. Every year, there are new options for athletes and parents to consider when
making a decision on where to play club volleyball. Every year, athletes and parents are recruited by
clubs with promises of "playing at a higher level" or "better exposure to scholarship opportunities."
Think long and hard before you fall prey to the lure.

Some people think that the color of the uniform is an indicator of the quality of the club. The truth is, it's
the body inside the uniform that makes the difference! Talent, Desire, and Preparation are the
ingredients for success. The High Flyers program is focused on identifying and developing talent to
reach it's maximum potential.
