Train like a pro this summer in the sand! Join us Thursdays from 4–6 PM at Sun Valley Lanes starting May 8. Open to boys ages 14–18. Includes 6 weeks of elite training, a beach jersey, and a season-ending tournament. Come solo or with a partner — we’ll get you ready for doubles competition!

About The Event
High Flyers Sand Training League
Take your game to the next level with our official sand season training block. The High Flyers Sand Training League is designed for boys ages 14–18 who want to improve their skills, build strength and stamina, and compete in the exciting world of beach volleyball. Whether you're looking to sharpen your indoor game or dive into doubles, this league is for you.
Players will train once a week for six weeks, with sessions held Thursdays from 4:00–6:00 PM at Sun Valley Lanes & Games (321 Victory Ln, Lincoln, NE). Training begins May 8 and includes a custom beach jersey and an end-of-season tournament. Athletes can register solo or as a duo — if you don’t have a partner, we’ll help find one for you.
